For use with OneTouch Ultra test strips and OneTouch Ultra family of meters and the OneTouch Ping meter remote. For in vitro diagnostic self-testing.

Directions

Read package insert before using this product. Shake well before use. Use within 3 months after opening. One bottle contains sufficient volume for a minimum of 75 tests. Record discard date on the vial. Store at temperatures under 86 degrees F (30 degrees C).

Warnings

Do Not refrigerate. Do Not use if expiration date has passed.
