Squeeze: Place pack in palm of hand with fingers curled around bottom of pack as shown on package. Squeeze firmly until you hear a pop; compress will start to get cold. Shake: Hold compress at each end and shake to mix contents. Apply: Avoid direct skin contact. Wrap in a soft cloth and apply to injured area.
HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. Frostbite may occur due to circulatory problems or low preactivation temperature. Contains ammonium nitrate and water. If accidentally swallowed, give several glasses of milk, induce vomiting and call a physician immediately. If splashed in eyes or open wound, flood with water and call a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not heat.
