Directions: CareMates gloves should fit closely but not too tightly. Prolonged use of tight-fitting gloves can, over time, contribute to health problems including joint pain, thumb fatigue, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Dispose of glove immediately after use. Store in cool, dry place.
