Directions: Adults 1 or 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a physician. Store at Controlled Room Temperature 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degree F). (See USP). Protect from light and moisture. Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container. Do not use if imprinted safety seal under cap is broken or missing.

Warnings: CONTRADICTIONS: Poly-Iron 150 is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the components of this product. Hemochromatosis and hemosiderosis are contraindication to iron therapy. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6.
