Directions: As a calcium supplement, adults take one (1) tablet with any meal, twice daily or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary. Elderly patients or those with difficulty swallowing are recommended to take the tablet with a large glass of water (8 oz) to minimize the risk of choking. Tablets may be broken in half. Can be taken along with your multivitamin. Store at room temperature. Do not use if product is tampered with or printed seal under cap is broken or missing.
