Provides foot, arch and heel support for plantar fasciitis pain. Ideal for daytime support during athletic and everyday activities. Two removable arch inserts provide custom support. Thin profile - can be worn with or without socks and/or shoes. Offers compression. Breathable material. Sizing: 8.5-12 in. (21.6-30.5 cm). One support for each foot. Adjustable.

Directions: Sizing: Measure instep circumference. Please see package for illustrative instructions. How to wear: It is recommended to wear the straps for 4 hours the first day and gradually increase 1-2 hours per day thereafter. After 1 week, if you feel you need more support, switch to the dark blue insert and follow the gradual wear time again. Straps should be worn on both feet to ensure proper body alignment. Washing: Hand wash warm. No tumble dry. No iron. No bleach. No dry clean.
