Directions: Use twice daily after brushing. After brushing, rinse mouth with water before use. Pour 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) into a cup, rinse for 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not exceed the recommended twice per day dose of 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL). Do not dilute, swallow or drink from the bottle. To open: Squeeze the cap and turn. To close: turn cap until it locks.

Have a history of kidney stones, or kidney disease, have difficulty absorbing fats in foods (fat malabsorption syndrome) or take high doses of Vitamin C (1000 mg or more per day). Are allergic to any of these ingredients. Have any other sources of pain in the mouth such as tooth decay.
