Directions: As a dietary supplement, one or two caplets twice a day or as directed by a physician. Four Mag-Tab SR caplets will meet the USRDA range for average adult females and males (300-350 mg daily). Where magnesium-depleting drugs are being used, supplementation with higher dosages may be required and should be considered.
