Easy to apply: 1. Slide hand into glove. 2. Wrap wrist strap. Product Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry, air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Sizing instruction: For sizing, center palm on the arrow to the left. If your palm is within the white arrows you will need a size SM/MD. If your palm is wider than the white arrows you will need a size LG/XL.
