Directions: Easy to apply: Loosen straps and slide hand in. Pull, wrap and secure straps. Sizing: Measure around wrist 8-10 in (20.3-25.4 cm). Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry, air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
