Helps relieve sore wrists. Lightweight, breathable design. Removable splint allows for easy fit on either hand. Contoured ergonomic shape provides maximum comfort and support. Directions

Easy to apply: Splint comes installed for right hand. For left hand, remove splint and slide into opposite side. 1. Position splint so that it conforms to the curve of your palm. 2. Slide hand into sleeve with thumb through opening. 3. Fasten top strap securely. 4. Wrap wrist strap and secure. Product care: Remove splint before washing. Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry, air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Sizing: Measure around wrist 5.5-8.0 in (13.9-20.3 cm).
