Directions: Heat or chill cold-hot pack following directions on product. Place cold-hot pack in pouch. Attach extension strap, if necessary. Fasten therapy wrap to body part securely with hook and loop. Care for wrap: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
