Red Yeast Rice has been a part of the traditional Chinese diet for centuries. Each capsule contains 600 mg of red yeast powder from the Chinese botanical Monascus purpureus.
Directions: For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules one to two times daily, preferably with meals.
