Product Description
Diabetes care. For in vitro diagnostic self-testing. For use with OneTouch Ultra test strips and OneTouch Ultra family of meters and the OneTouch Ping meter remote.
Directions
Read package insert before using this product. Shake well before use. Use within 3 months after opening. One vial contains sufficient volume for a minimum of 75 tests. Record discard date on the vial. Store at temperatures under 86 degrees F (30 degrees C). Do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Do not use if seal at either end is missing or broken.
