Directions: To measure blood pressure and pulse. Apply the cuff so the display is facing you and is about 1/2" from your hand. The fit should be snug and not too tight. Support your arm so that the cuff rests at the same height as your heart. Sit and rest for 5 minutes prior to your measurement. Relax your arm and push start.*
