Directions: Shake bottle well. Apply 2 pumps to each affected area. Rub in briskly until absorbed. Repeat. Allow to air dry. Put on compression. Use as needed. Glove: Will not fit properly if width at knuckles is more narrow than the area shown on package. Measure width of knuckles. SM/MD fits 2-3/4 - 3-3/4 in.
