Before serving, let water and juice stand for 30 secs. to 1 min. Let milk and supplements stand for 5-10 mins. Stir and serve. Recommended usage per 4 fl oz: Water: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Apple juice: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Orange juice: nectar consistency 3 - 3-1/2 tsp, honey consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, pudding consistency 4 - 4-1/2 tsp. Cranberry juice: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp.
