Directions

Directions for ages 12+ years: Take one capsule daily. Continued use is suggested. When traveling, take two capsules daily [one in the morning and one at night] before and during the trip. During antibiotic use, take one capsule twice daily [as directed above] and continue for 10 days after completion of antibiotics. Comes in a vegetarian capsule. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Inform a healthcare professional before starting any dietary supplement, particularly if there is a known immune-compromised condition. When first taking a probiotic, your gut microbiome adjusts. You may experience minor bloating, gas or intestinal gurgling which should subside with continued use. Consult your healthcare professional if symptoms continue after two weeks.
