DayQuil Intense Cold and Flu Relief Liquid temporarily relieves common cold and flu symptoms, including cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, sore throat, headache, minor aches and pains, and fever. Each 30 mL dose contains acetaminophen 1000 mg and dextromethorphan HBr 30 mg, providing 6 hours of daytime relief. This 12 fluid ounce liquid should be measured using the provided dose cup, with a maximum of 3 doses (30 mL each) per day. Adults and children 12 years and over take 30 mL every 6 hours; consult a doctor for children 4 to under 12, and do not use in children under 4.
