This product contains 1% hydrocortisone which acts to reduce the inflammation associated with chapped lips. Directions: For adults and children 2 years of age and older: apply to affected area not more than 3 or 4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age: do not use, consult a doctor. This product does not carry an expiration date.

Inactive Ingredients: Beeswax; Petroleum Jelly; Mineral Oil
