Product Description

Dr. Scholl's Dual Action Freeze Away Wart Remover is designed to remove common and plantar warts using a two-part approach: a freeze treatment and a fast-acting liquid wart remover with salicylic acid 17%. The applicator's Thermocolor change technology indicates when it is ready for freezing, and the treatment is twice as effective as freezing alone on larger warts. A self-adhesive cushion may be used to cushion the wart. This package contains 8 count.

Directions

One Treatment Cycle. Assembly: 1. Attach open end of the white applicator to nozzle of pressurized can and twist clockwise to lock in place. Use only the white applicators provided. 2. Cap should line up with tabs on can. 3. Press down on pressurized can and hold for 2 to 3 seconds. You will hear a hissing sound the entire time as the applicator tip is being frozen. The applicator tip will be filled with cold liquid and you will see condensation (white frosty appearance). You may smell some dimethyl ether. 4. Scholl's Dual Action Freeze Away Wart Remover uses Thermocolor change technology. This means that the plastic body of the applicator will turn blue as the gas fills the applicator tip. When the plastic body of the applicator is fully blue, the applicator tip is ready for use. If properly filled, the entire applicator body will be blue after 2-3 seconds. Freeze Wart: 5. Leaving the applicator on the pressurized can, lightly press the tip of the applicator on the wart that is to be frozen for the treatment time directed on product insert inside of carton. You must treat the entire wart not just the center. 6. If necessary, repeat steps 4 & 5 and continue treating to freeze all areas of the wart. 7. After the treatment, set can and activator out of reach of children. After 2 minutes, grasp applicator by its plastic stem and remove from can by turning counter-clockwise. Discard the applicator after treating wart. Use one applicator to freeze each wart. Do not reuse an applicator to treat another wart or touch the end of the applicator with bare hands to ensure that you do not spread the wart virus infection. Apply Liquid: 8. 24 hours after treating with Dual Action Freeze Away can, wash the treated wart and dry thoroughly. 9. Using the applicator stick, apply one drop of Dual Action Freeze Away wart remover liquid at a time to sufficiently cover the entire wart. Do not apply to surrounding skin. Let dry. 10. Apply liquid twice daily for 2 weeks. 11. Self-adhesive cushion may be used to cushion wart. Remove cushion before reapplying liquid. If the wart or part of the wart has not disappeared after 2 weeks, you may start another treatment cycle. Do not treat wart with more than 4 treatment cycles of Dual Action Freeze Away Wart Remover. Store between 20 to 25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Keep tightly closed.
