Directions

Take (1) caplet daily with or without food before bedtime. For best results, daily use for a minimum of 60 days is important. Slight variations in caplet color may occur due to the naturally sourced colorants. Store at room temperature. Do not expose to excessive heat, humidity or direct sunlight.
