Each softgel contains liquid gas-fighting medicine (Simethicone 500 mg) in an easy-to-swallow softgel form. This package contains 20 softgels. Adults and children 12 years and older should take 1 softgel with water after meals or at bedtime, not exceeding 1 softgel in 24 hours unless advised by a physician.
